Fernie Pride Society Annual General Meeting (AGM), followed by a Wine and
Cheese Reception

Time: 6:00pm to 8:30pm
Location: The Spruce Room at the Park Place Lodge, 742 BC-3, Fernie, BC
Who: The meeting is open to the public. To vote, a person must be a member in good standing over 18 years of age.
What: Ordinary business including:
- Adopting the agenda;
- Adopting the minutes of the previous AGM;
- Considering and adopting the President’s report;
- Considering and adopting Officers’ and Directors’ reports;
- Reviewing the financial statements;
- Appointing the Auditor(s);
- Electing Directors.

NOMINATIONS FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS are now OPEN!
DEADLINE to submit nominations is Monday March 18th, 2019.
There are 5 board positions available for election at this AGM; board seats are for two year terms. 2019 Membership fees must be in good standing prior to the AGM in order for a member to be eligible for a board seat.
