Notice of General Meeting of Fernie Pride Society
The board of directors hereby gives notice of the annual general meeting of Fernie Pride Society which will take place on March 28, 2018, at 7:30pm at 281 1st Avenue, Fernie, BC.
Members in good standing are invited to participate and will be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting.
As we are a small organization please RSVP on or before March 23, 2018 if you will be attending.
Agenda for the meeting:
- Presentation of the annual financial statements for fiscal year 2017.
- Report on the activities of the organization in the past year.
- Election of new directors.
All documents will be provided.
